so, to re-iterate since reading is a lost art. The idea is to remove the limit from of 100 Di from items, but keep the total DI cap at 300. So if you have 120 tactics and 60 anatomy, you could still reach 300 Di cap by having 130% DI on your suit. S…

They are there, but they are not right. Says all spells have a casting time of .25 seconds. If I set a macro to use confidence or evade, it is 2 seconds until the buff icon appears. Counterattack takes .5 seconds.

because A) they HAVE casting times and should be documented. and because casting faster means effect applies faster and C) because counterattack delays actual attack while being cast. If you wanna be a troll, be a troll that does homework.

As additional info, direct damage "usually" appears as a second set of damage numbers on screen. The damage I am seeing is multiplied from my base. The damage I am seeing also greatly exceeds the 15 listed for concussion blow.
