Not sure how often the database resets but it's at least once an hour on Atlantic. Its been far too long so that narrows it down to either being opted out of vendor search or a random bug with the vendor itself.

You have to wait until it refreshes in the database which could take a little time. Also double check to make sure your vendor is opted in to vendor search.
