I just tested my Archer/bard today. The way I run all over the place, a GM would need to be fired. Cossack was a victim to my spasms. He did well on the paragons I was leading around and stealing back when I returned.

The icon turns red and stays then sometimes turns off. I am not smart enough to tell if I actually am counter attacking. I have counter on my single target special and evasion on my WW one.
