@Community Manager On Test Center right now, if I buy a studded suit and a Chainmail Helmet, from an NPC. I have 15LessManaCost. When I convert to the Paladin suit, I have 0LMC. The conversion makes all the items appear to be leather.

The Paladin Cloak says it's a transmog target. If so, it would not have stats.

Some tamers will use a mage bow on the Roof if they don't like to constantly cast. Casting would do more damage, but you only have to push 1 button to keep shooting.
