Rune blocked when recalling to house

Quality of life change request:

Please change the default behavior of recalling onto a house rune to match that of the vendor map "teleport to vendor" logic.  That is, the rune should not be blocked, you will be relocated to a nearby tile if it's blocked.

There's a work-around if you need to recall home and it's blocked:  carry a vendor map to your house, and use "teleport to vendor".  You may also be able to set a starting point "return to previous location", though I haven't checked if that avoids the blocking problem.

    Yes. This should apply to all runes, but its pretty important to not be blocked from your own house the most. Runes shouldn't be able to be blocked at all imo, if someones on your spot, you should just be offset a tile or two, not the ancient archaic nonsense we're dealing with now.

    Return to previous deletes map so at best a one time fix
