Rune blocked when recalling to house

Quality of life change request:

Please change the default behavior of recalling onto a house rune to match that of the vendor map "teleport to vendor" logic.  That is, the rune should not be blocked, you will be relocated to a nearby tile if it's blocked.

There's a work-around if you need to recall home and it's blocked:  carry a vendor map to your house, and use "teleport to vendor".  You may also be able to set a starting point "return to previous location", though I haven't checked if that avoids the blocking problem.
