The shield engraving tool needs a turn in value.

The glasses do not take you above 100 skill. Their only real use is giving you a slight boost when digging up treasure chests to get you a gold or normal chest instead of a rusty one.

If your magery skill is high enough you do not need the lock picking skill for the stash and supply chests because you can use the unlock spell.

Yes, I was thinking of a list similar to the map guardian list from http://www.uoguide.com/Treasure_Map but with map droppers instead of guardians.

I am perplexed. What benefit do people get from knowing the exact date for when the black market closes down? Are you trying to find that perfect slug? A wood carving with your boat's name? Or is it an anxiety thing?

In the EC wondering healers show up as white or red crosses in the map when you are a ghost. Don't remember if they also show up in the CC.

Does luck factor in on your chance to get a t-map from a mob? I killed 20 wyrms and an untold number of orcs in Trammel and got no t-maps from them. I had a 0 luck suit on at the time.

Another decay issue that I have encountered twice. Pull the gold and gem bag out of the chest and put it on the ground near the chest. When the chest contents decay so do the contents of the gold and gem bag.
