@CovenantX I don't 'salvage' failed reforge attempts, I unravel them. It can take a lot of magic residue to imbue the rest of the properties onto elemental slayer weapons. failed reforges supply that need quite nicely

the ones that face the same way don't stack either. But they do all go into the quest crates.

I've heard of this from other people, but I'm not sure if any of them found a solution. on the other comment, Europa is far from dead, what kind of time are you calling out there? I always answer a 'hi' in chat unless I'm up to my ears and typing in…

Yes, water is carpet waterfalls are crafted stone, made in any kind but plain granite, the whole lot dyed with wind azul dye from alchemy bods (not inscription!)

@Pawain you called? My 'water feature', raised on 3 different levels with small waterfalls between

Which takes longest? The player removing cloth from the bag before using the recycle function, or the dev re-doing the coding to make it work differently? Yes, I've accidentally cut cloth into bandages, but I never considered it a bug. I considere…

I'm not sure how anyone falls for these. Even someone who doesn't read English can tell that the game's description and the seller's description don't match. Does no one actually look what they're buying?

So - I decided to dig up the maps from making a new character. The first supply map gave me 4 hats, the second map, a cache, gave me 6 and I thought 'oh nice, I can do this'. But then I dug, and dug and dug, and never got another hat. RNG was laug…

But is that really a bug? or should the player take responsibility for moving cloth out of the bag before using the recycle process? I usually think 'my bad' if I forget, I blame me, not the game. I don't expect the game to do my thinking for me.

Interesting. I don't have a macer, but I do make low level slayer weapons for newbies and returners. Currently I've been making war axe and black staff for macers. Am I making the wrong items?

Has it been that long? I remember when the 'hot spot' was skara/brit cross roads and when it was Bucc's den with it's 'server hopping' complaints.
-
The devs will not tell you what, if anything, they plan to do about this, because to do so would also be to tell the people you want stopped. IF they do anything you won't know until it happens, it won't even be in publish notes, for the same reason…

Not so sure on Saltpeter. I seem to get more using the luck on my suit, around 1700 than if I add in the luck from the statue. I think you can overdo luck. On the other hand I have a 'circuit' that I mine when after saltpeter and some days I can co…

Only a couple of days left to get your entries in for this!

On what do you base that assumption? I remember many many complaints that 'factions are broken', The various dev teams did their best down the years to fix it, until they eventually decided it was too broken and couldn't be fixed, so they repl…

I'm not one to normally entertain conspiracy theories, but has anyone else considered that the web site only ever goes down outside of normal working hours. Does it occur to anyone but me that something, or someone is taking it down?

I have seen the idea of 'pack up and keep' many times. It makes one very critical assumption, and, while I don't actually know, I strongly suspect that assumption is incorrect. It assumes that closed accounts are accessible. I am of the belief that …

I think I'd be right in saying every shard has at least one public repair bench? With that in mind, rather than creating tools for every craft skill, how about if using the bench gave an increased percentage chance to repair without durability loss?…

Scams like this are as old as the game. There's not a lot the developers can realistically do, it's up to the player to check what they're buying. Buying stuff in fel and getting killed by the house owner? I knew a player doing this years ago…

@psycho RNG hates you Hates me too as it happens. I can give you an ethy, don't need to 'magic' that up.

This is how I do it: btw, did you know that if a bard casts tribulation on the lighthouse while shooting it with the cannon you can get extra damage? My boat does 6500 damage from the cannon plus 3250 from Tribulation.

I'm afraid my attitude is a little different. My thinking goes along the lines of 'two wrongs don't make a right' and 'I refuse to stoop to their level'. I don't cheat, I won't cheat. You do what you like, I'll stick to my personal 'rules of conduct…

I think you're asking on the wrong forum, try asking on Stratics.

To be perfectly truthful I neither know nor care which boxes are rare. Rares have never been an interest of mine, but I believe this could be what you're looking for: https://wiki.stratics.com/index.php?title=UO:Rares_Collection:_Gift_Boxes

My son came, looked at the PC, declared it dead. Took my HDD away to test it, found it was ok, but told me off for how much of the drive I was using. Put the 7gb of documents on a thumb drive, gave it me back and went home. Installing was left to me…
