I used fire drakes all week. Used at least 20 since they are not bonded. It's a pain when they spawn in the blazing gargoyle room. Those gargs are mean. I saw someone using 5 1 slot dogs that spawn there. All the ones I saw were 2 slot.

I used 2 Fire drakes in beta. Was able to participate in all bosses. Also did Ricky and Neira, was in top damage list. Also can ride an ostard and use it to help. Fire is one of the best damage types to use in NL.

Physical damage destard Poison damage in kirin passage. Where Manticore is. They in the big middle part. Cold are in Ice. Fire in Hythloth first floor. Bottom of Fire island. Ferry from glow docks. Energy, either I forgot or there are none.

You have to have read a book to tame them. Books are from the diff bosses. There are books for Drakes, Dragons, undead, nightmares and fire steeds, Manticores.

Went back today. Plants look pretty ugly. Watered plants, they look better. I was able to harvest the fluffy ones that I should have been able to harvest yesterday. Then I replanted in the spots where I harvested.

Players make potions. I would assume the shop where alchemy is given would have them. Not many NPCs in NL that work.

So, the system works, but plants reverting to un gatherable and brand new daily is very confusing. I should be able to harvest the plants on the original plot when they change states again.

I check every day. I have not seen Thunderhoof or Frostpaw. @Kyronix these timers are too long. They should be like Grobu. Luckily I gained 100 in taming skills without those points.
