@Yoshi I bought 2 ash wood tools 75 charges each. Reforged 35 shields The most I got was 130 luck. It seems metal and wood are a lot more difficult to get 150 luck on.

You can get FCR 100 Luck 15SDI non Antique on VS cheap. Or Imbue 100 Luck 12SDI. 2350 Luck and 120 SDI. Probably worth the FCR or FC.
