I did not know that dungeons contained regular fishes, I always thought that was one of the places to get rare fish types. This is the info i found on the UO Page. I hope it helps to answer your question. http://www.uoguide.com/Fish

Maybe it only blocks the new Keep Design? But I find it curious that the option to securly replace the keep does not highlight on the house sign, but that could be because of something the house regesters so that option is not a valid one.
