I’m doing narrative questline. Thanks, I’ll try the double clicking. I’ve never selected where points should be spent, so hopefully that’s it.

Yes using the skill on players, npc, etc also lots of casting as well as completing the quests. I was under the impression that each time you complete a quest, you should get some gain. That’s how it worked for my other skills that are capped at 70
