There is like 200-250 chars farming this event at prime time. That should not stretch any decent servers capabilities. This game supposedly had 250k subscribers at one point and now 250 chars farming the event makes it unplayable.

Bot situation is so bad it is kinda funny. I made a personal sport out of counting how many chars get stuck at the locked door of the Jhelom pit. My personal best is 11 so far. I do not beleve for 1 second that any human would play in that kind of l…

If i was a gm i would randomly lock a door during the invasion and simply ban anyone that gets stuck at that door. But it looks like banning paying accounts is frowned upon by the dev team.

There wouldn't be a Trammel if players were happy at Felucca. Lag at tram side forced me to fel. At tram side event devolved into a horde of players trying to kill spawning mobs as soon as they spawn. Lag heavily favors ranged templates.

What kind of solution exists for server side lag?

Lag at Trammel was unplayable last weekend. Most players use ranged characters and sit them at an open area with attack nearest macro. Running is almost impossible without getting staggered every few seconds. I mostly farmed fel during the weekend.…

Apart from one hour i farmed during off hours i was experiencing mild lag at day 4. Hopefully situation improves.

What they are doing is legal as long as multi client is allowed. We should start a petition to ban multi client. A ban on multi client would end the bot armies.

Spawn is really sparse. It does not look like an invasion, it is more like extermination with the amount of players at Atlantic. It reminds me of playing whac a mole. You spend more time running than killing stuff.

I suggest a UO Store item with say 10 charges where each charge removes the shard bound property. Upon transfer to another shard, shard bound property is recreated. This item would allow normalization of prices and availability of desirable items ac…

Day 3 and it is all laggy at Atlantic front. At this point just activate all the towns all the time. Uo clearly does not have the necessary infrastructure to house entire population in a single town.

Players at dead shards gatekeeping their dead shard. Classic

Lag continues to be a problem at Atlantic although it has improved somewhat compared to yesterdays turn based UO. I repeat my suggestion to activate multiple cities.

Lag is unbelievable at Atlantic. I suggest activating multiple towns depending on the number of participants so that servers are not overloaded

At least for the commodities and items that stack in general there should be a central exchange. It takes an absurd amount of time to search simple ingredients. A 16th century Italian merchant had an easier time buying commodities than i am in this …
