lol. It’s just bad coding. Like how paragons will latch onto someone outside a house they shouldn’t even be able to see. You are in a house fighting it and someone outside walks by and the paragon goes and hugs the wall.

What they should have done is never invested 4 years in New Legacy and instead shored up the classic client with many of the features people go to other clients for and add in some real security to the log in so you cannot log in with other clients.…

On GL the bots are back as of yesterday and I’ve seen lag as well. Lots of freezing and slowness. It was fun for a few days while it lasted.

If you are in a city with houses and walls there seems to be some ability of them to teleport to toons passing by. This happens in cities. Doesn’t happen in Yew with open fields.

*When retrieving gold from a vendor I don’t want to type in the number to get it all. Make a menu item to claim all gold or let me type ‘all’. I don’t want to type 104,345,225. *Make imbuing ingredients (relic frags, magic essence etc) weight 1 sto…

They will drop on price over time. This is going to go on for months.

Great Lakes. Plenty of players. Friendly guilds. Lots of help. Low drama.

I have a super basic bug to add : if your pet is engaged with monster A and you tell him to attack monster b - he will attack once then go back to monster a. Why? I’m the master. I told him to go after monster b and he should continue until either …

Tend to agree. Also spells limited in town. So many spawn creatures in the walls at Trinsic. This should be sufficiently annoying. Winter spur was great.

Polar bear, horse, ozzy. Some of the new ones like the spider are way too big. Can’t drop things on the ground while riding. Annoying.

Mariah said: This is not a bug I labeled it as an enhancement. And maybe you should have an enhancement request forum. They tend to get lost in general discussion.

The super solution to the nightmare spawn would be for a higher chance of colored mares but you only activate the color once you tame it. So you tame - then see the color. So you actually have to tame and yes you could grief kill but then you migh…

Funny how many of the vet rewards requested are just some basic quality of life enhancements for the game we’ve been asking for years. I mean honestly pretty sad. Alphabetized Bod Books Searchable jewelry box working vendor search less lockdown…

It would also be nice if you could add a description to the pet to see in the list or when you lore it. Also not having numbers in the name is frustrating. Like you can’t name it 3.5 Nightmare. When you have a half dozen in your stable all named …

Lord_Nythrax said: Screwing up everyone's existing mares in the EC was a pretty ridiculous fumble, yeah. I don't think they screwed it up. They just made you see the same hue in EC that we all saw in the CC - non pure mare. Those of us …

I agree with much of this thread here. First - Vendor search is incredibly useful when it works. It has reduced the need to have a luna house for vendor sales and anywhere in UO you can have vendors and people can find your items. I do agree t…

The gold sink of selling fallen houses would remove gold from the game and bring house pricing down. As it works today - scripter places house. Scripter sells house for 5 plat. Scripter sells 5 plat to next person needing a house. Rinse and repea…

The simpliest solution is for EA to auction off the house like an auction safe to the highest bidder. Yes, the script guys could outbid everyone - but where is the profit in that? Bid 1 plat, pay 1 plat, maybe you can sell it to someone for 1 plat…

is anyone going to ask why the art for a horse in EC looks so bad compared to CC? Thats crazy. It looks like some sort of big fluffy dog.

Jewelry box. Now if only it had a search/sort.

When the Tsunami hit in Indoneasia in late 2004 and hundreds of thousands were killed there was an effort by a UO player to donate. People donated items and gold to him in game. He sold it for RL $$ and donated to the cause. He raised over $10,000…

I'm generally for this but I'm also for actually fixing some of the reason people run these third party apps in the first place - namely automating stupid repetitive tasks. Things like - dropping all bods from a book at once. Or loading all bods…

Well the good news is crafted items are generally junk since the overpowered loot changes so you don't really have to worry much. Items drop with 12 properties when you can only imbue 5. The only thing you need crafting for is weapons because the …

Agree 100%. Despise is great source of spined leather and great for training new dexers. I miss it since it was ruined. No one does the content there.

No they are fine. If you don’t have shard shields you can purchase a transfer token. Most of the vet stuff is deco or items for crafting and the like. Nothing unbalancing. They are gifts for paying for a long time. If you don’t want to wait yo…

Kyronix said: As it stands now, vendor search does not show pricing information for auction items. As there is often no set price, shoppers will need to visit the auction. Currently this is working as intended, and items are listed in the o…

Likely there is a database behind vendor search. Atlantic has probably 20-30 times more items than GL. The database is likely poorly indexed for the most part. When you run a search it executes a query against the db. If it doesn’t hit indexes it …

It’s the cyber truck of head gear. Could it be any uglier?

Great Lakes got to wave 115 which beat the previous void pool record of 114 and then we gave up. The hat reward at that point is not worth it. Better to let it recycle. In fact most times we give up around 70-75. Diminishing returns.
