Does anyone know how I can prevent the session from being logged out every 5 minutes? I am using a macro in EC. I would like to leave it longer for work reasons and be able to advance the character without having to wait all the time.

    Wow, I didn't know it was penalized. I have always played private servers and they let me be afk. Thanks for clarifying this.

    Technically, unattended macroing is illegal and your account may be actioned if found unattended.

    Since you now know that, when building a macro insert:

    Action > Communication > Say(Text)

    so that "Say" repeats every two minutes or so.


    This is the same as leaving the journal open in the CC. When something new, "an action", takes place, the journal is updated and the logout timer reset.
