Drawing inspiration from the renowned Toad Town, the Rebel Rover have poured their heart and soul into creating an experience that will leave you standing out of your seats. Join us as we continue forge a vibrant community right here in Catskills. The Auction House, also known as the Black Market, stands just east of the bustling city of Minoc. Emerging from the ashes of the once-majestic Elven Song Township, now reborn as “The Settlement”, a sanctuary for the bold and daring.

No False Bidding! If A Bid Is Placed And That Bid Is The Winning Bid, You Are Expected To Pay For That Winning Bid!!

After Winning A Bid, Open A Trade Window With The Auctioneer To Pay For And Receive The Item(s)

Bid Increments Are:

0-20M = 1M increments

20-200M = 5M increments

200M+ = 10M increments

Please put your item(s) in a single bag along with a book. List the Item in the book with its starting/reserve price. In the title of the book, please put your character's name. In the 'by' section, please put a prominent way to contact you. ie: Discord username You can either submit the item(s) to me personally or drop them off in my mailbox at the settlement. Item submissions will be capped at 40 items.
**Cut Off For Item Entries: Friday September 22th, 2023 at 10:00pm Eastern**

 

- If A Submission Does Not Have A Start Bid Or NO Indication Of A Start Bid, The Item Will Be Returned And Not Be Auctioned
- Individuals Are Allowed A Maximum of 3 Entries Into the Live Auction. This Is To Make Sure Everyone Has An Equal Opportunity To Auction Items
- The Auction House Will Take A 5% Commission Charge On All Sold Items. This commission will go directly to Player Run Events/Prizes

- Item List Distribution will be found in the FNH Discord, Players of Role Community Boards and UO.com Community Boards (Catskills)





- Fifty (50) Possible Tickets Will Be Available For Purchase. These Tickets Can Be Found On The 'Lottery Vendor' Inside The Auction Floor
- A Winning Lottery Number Will Be Generated Randomly! The Person With The Correct Winning Number MUST Be Present To Win
- No limit to how many tickets any individual can purchase
- Tickets Cost 250,000 Gold Each
- Winning Ticket Holder will recieve 50% of the gold earned from ticket sales.
- If Ticket # is not claimed, a new winner will be drawn.

    LMAO  Who wants a Soul Stone that has already been claimed for 60M, that item is totally useless to anyone other than the account that claimed it.  Shame on you for including this in your auction and trying to scam people.
