Vet reward exchange?

Pls correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't there a box or something you could drop a vet reward into and exchange it for another of the same year?

or was it just for robes change for another of the same type?

    There is a box in moonglow (Lyceum iirc) that will change clothing rewards (robe, cloak, etc) for a different type. As in a cloak to a robe or a dress to a robe. I’ll look in a few and see if it’s there or if ole Vic has truly lost his mind . . .
