  It seems they have read that stuff after rereading the initial post i believe they want actual clarification from a developer..

  I would think that @Mariah would talk to the DEVs prior to putting stuff like that in the Wiki or have links to where DEVs said how LUCK works.

  That particular page waited as a draft for quite a while until it was approved. So yes, Devs were consulted.

  I understood luck effect all encounters like hair pigments from melisande , blackthorn artifacts , exodus etc.I understood right?
