Why i didnt get any notification mail anymore when subscription ends?

I think since 2022 i didnt get a mail anymore if a accoutn had eats up his GTC.
And no, i have no MS something mail adress.

    I never have been playing for three years and have never got any notification.  All I get is the message that I my account can’t be found or something like that when I attempt to log on.  Really UO you should be able to do better than that.

    I just closed a couple accounts got emails maybe a CC vs gtc thing ?
    Acknowledgment and accountability go a long way...

    I pay with GTCs and get mails every 6 months that my accs are going down. Using gmail.
