Can not repair Bake Kitsune hat.

I used one as a Transmogrify target and it can not be repaired.  I think this was brought up when they came out.
I tried all types of repairs.


Since we can not transmogrify again, this needs priority fix.

    i can confirm this was not able either with repair bench or actual tool 
    Acknowledgment and accountability go a long way...

    We both went with a green color.


    I guess arms do not show up in EC.
