I can not transfer the enchant to the TС server.

in Test Center
24 hours already trying to transfer my character (ATL/TC), it gives an error.
Although, all the chars have already been removed from the TС server.
What could be the problem?

    It is normal for test shard to be unavailable for transfers for a short time following a publish

    There is no problem to create a new character. But it won't let you transfer it from the server.

    Also you can Xfer the same Char to TC even if that Char is already there, you will just have two with the same name but with a different unique ID number.  If you want to know that number then say something in chat and look at the number to the left of your name.

    I just tried a TC Copy with an account that has never xfered or copied and take a look at your screen and notice that both of the targets are a light gray if I am not mistaken that means that they are unavailable, they need to be lit up like the wording.

    The problem has not been resolved. Still closed for transfer :(
