Cant turn in Heirloom chest to Tot Vendor

Chest that is received now will not show up on turn in list. Chest not unlocked or opened.

The old ones will turn in.

The new ones have 5 items the old ones have 11. Maybe thats why?
Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
