When did talis of Ward Removal get broke?

You unequip a charging tali and re-equip it and it does back to 1200?  I don't remember it always working that way :/

    It has always worked this way with all talismen that need recharging, orc brutes, etc.  I think people get around this by placing them on mannequins.
