I get a rare Fire red seed. : and I think this is the last one in game.
I get this all 10 year in bank..

-the quest is what if I plant it ? will it give more seeds ?
-or I beter not plant it ?

    Rare colors do not produce seeds.  But if you want to be sure you can do a test planting by putting the seed into a plant pot or raised garden, double click on the mound to bring up the plant gump, go to the pollination gump, check to see if it says it produces seeds, go to the dump the pot gump, dump the contents and you get back the seed no worse for wear.

    To get more rare colored seeds you need to do the Naturalist Quest / The Study of the Solen Hive Quest. It helps if you have also done the The Solen Matriarch Quest so the solen do not attack you while you are doing the other quest.

    Have someone on your shard show you how to do the Naturalist Quest as well as the Friend of the Hive quest

    Basically

    Go to one of the various libraries such as the Britain Library or the Lyceum in Moonglow.
    Find a Naturalist and get the quest from him.
    Go to the solen hives
    Find each of the four egg chambers.
    Wait a minute or so in each egg chamber until the game lets you know that is it done making notes and puts them away.  It is this waiting where having already done "The Solen Matriarch Quest " comes in handy because you will not be attacked.
    Optionally find the 5th egg chamber
    Go back to the Naturalist who gave you the quest and double click on him.
    You get a rare colored seed.

    You have to study the 5th egg chamber to get rate colored seeds. After studying the easily accessible 4, plant a green thorn in sand,a hole will open up leading to the 5th egg chamber.
