Any land available for a new Keep?

Is there any available land on Pac for a new Keep?  Or would I need to buy an existing Keep or wait for one to fall after IDOC?

    There are several Keep size spots available in Fel, I've been trying to place a castle(bucket list) so I've been wandering quite a bit lately. One spot to place a keep is near vesper fel and another is toward the swamp from Brit.  North of the road a bit.

    very cool! I'm glad that spot worked out.  I took one of the vesper keep spots, it's right on the beach and the back 1/5th of my house is in the guardzone!

    Yes I did.  North of the Yew moon gate on Felucca.  Ocean front property on three sides.
