Transfer Characters and Pets

So I just came back to New Legacy after being out of the country for two months. It appears the game is over.
1) How do I transfer my characters to Production Servers
2) How do I transfer my Pets to Production Servers?

you will have to go into Mythrans Gate.

I actually did a play with me session on how to transfer on our official YouTube.

Make sure your pets are in your stables to transfer. All except Ossidrial can transfer.

ah good! you might want to link that video on the official pages or work on the keywords, because when you look up "Ultima New Legacy transfer shard" it only brings up the official post and some reddit hits that did not explain the process.
