House Placing Timer

Is there anyway we can change the house placing timer (either the time or mechanics)?
I re-subbed an account because I am currently completely out of storage so I figured why not resub to get a quick 1k+ storage. I'm on ATL so the housing is at a premium (which is fine) but for me running around trying to find a spot that's bigger than 8x8 I'm running into some major problems because I'll place a house in a spot that looks good but get the message that it won't fit so I either need to try the next size down OR move it 1 tile in any direction.
After just 1 unsuccessful attempt I'm getting this error about attempting to place too many times and now I need to wait a random amount of time. I understand the bullying of the house placement tool with scripters but as a legit person just trying to place the biggest house I can on a scared property shard this is very frustrating.
I'd also be fine with keeping it how it works BUT change our ability to "size up" a potential plot... like create a "house prospect tool" that just gives a Yes / No if a house could be placed in a given spot. It doesn't actually need to place the house, it would just be to see if an X size house could be placed there so we didn't need to keep retrying using a house placement tool.

I guess it would get covered under that, but I wasn't trying to get anything changed about IDOCs... I wouldn't touch that with a 10ft pole.
Even on a dead server It's a problem.
To optimize the placement of a castle, for example: You want the tree next to the top of your house, more room in front.
Took me ~40 min with 2 accounts, cuz I wanted to eat much room as possible on left and top:

I assume you get the "you cannot place here" or whatever the message is
thats because you are not aligned with the tool
where your pointer is, is not where the tool thinks it is. when you offer the plot down you can be several tiles out, so you either get the "cannot reach message" or you are inadvertantly placing on a rock or obstruction and too far to the right.......
you need to push the game window to the top left of your screen. no black area
then the tool is calibrated
once you have a plot down (even a small tester) its always a good idea to leave it an over an hour before trying to replace or resize.
I am glad they are looking into this timer and mechanics. This was an issue placing 7x7s in NL.

If you look on the screenshot I have place fish steak to avoid the misplacement cuz of the bad calibration of the tool.
I'm also aware when the screen goes "blank" your attempt is not an attempt.
I was about to give up and place something smaller to try to re-adjust the size.. but I have no idea how that work (could I went from a keep to a castle for example)
I was way too tilted to find the answer so I've look the other castle model.
From memory I believe I went for the Elsa castle (way easier to place for some reason than what I wanted; the viking log castle and the small town castle)
So yeah.. here a simple explanation for those who did not understand Jack good explanation.
Step one: realise you are placing a 32x32 (I believe, rusty)
Step two: limit the misplacement byusing something that gonna block the RNG placement (what u see is not what u get, If u wanna get what u want.. block the placement zone)
Step three: use multiple account cuz BS hates Legit CC users and wanna make sure their realestate guy beats the non legit third party loop that would end up selling/RMting the house anyway.. (competing with their guy)
Edit: I heard they gonna change the decay mechanic.. anything that involve trusting BS.. I don't have faith.. they would end up doing what actually happening, with less frustration from the legit users placing random house on unpopular shard/location.. like raffle and stuff like that, I have no faith in the system under BS.. helping affiliates instead of legit users, cuz of third party problems.
Cheaters should get flag.. all their accounts.. with hidden temporary to permanent debuff on stuff like luck or house placement delay ONLY TO THEM, u just do not tell them via the tool their next 5 min placements ain't gonna do poop*.. get F.
Knowing how popular as become cheating on UO over the years under BS.. maybe do the opposite.. reward legit.. would be faster for the CM.. or evn better, do a legit shard!!
Also @JackFlashUk even with the zone limited by stuff blocking the bad RNGplacement.. took me 40 minwith 2 accounts to "nail" the 32x32 I wanted; on CC legit user. The Yew Fel castle took even longer.

I'd do that if I could see the entire plot.. I still need to count step and plan everything else to maximize my top left placement.. I couldn't show up and just place the top left part I wanted even with a calibrated tool.. cuz I cannot see it the top left.
Also the random timer u need to wait, u suggested 60 min.. you know.. that RNG nothing we can do. So yeah. Multiple account is the key.
I realised, I did not specify that. Thx tho, appreciated... but yeah your explanation would 100% address Paiwan 7x7 problem if he could understand words.. instead of waiting for a "fix" from the devs or someone more experienced to show him "the" spot.. do it for him.

Castles are a pain to place and i ALWAYS crash if i try to place when the screen is black.
One of the PC I use is an old lowtier laptop.. this is the type of stuff i'd send my configuration to the support if it's not TRASH tier.. for a fix (adaptability)
