Blessed property of Umbrascale Incantarium

I have gotten one Umbrascale Incantarium around 11/10, it has blessed property, but I have found this property removed itself today, may I know the reason ?

    Some others complained it was blessed on Siege?

    I participated in previous events, and similar rewards in the past, such as **Mordrax’s Compendium**, all had **Blessed attributes**. However, this time, the item originally had the Blessed attribute but was suddenly removed. This feels unfair to players who have invested a great deal of time and effort to obtain it.

    Since it had it and was removed, I think some complained and they removed it.

    But, I can not find any discussion on it.  

    Maybe the Glorious Lady @Community Manager can find out about this.

    Mugen Shard, was the Bless tag on the above book removed?
