If it can be done at the test center, I would like it to be possible on normal shards as well.

    This is long overdue. With the amount of time and energy spent on items, events and a new game even, you would think this one change would be a no-brainer. Some people play for the ability to design and build. Devs could even limit storage, lockdowns, vendors, bling, hoarding, etc. on customizable castles and keeps. I could more than accept that, and would even willingly pay for a gold sink token in the UO store that allows for one customization.
