new clock luck statue messed up 2 of my characters
i posted this on the Discod and talked to a GM in game and I have yet to get my characters fixed and have not head any word on if you guys are even seeing this.
from what i understand you guys had an issue with that luck clock on TC.
well it seems that 'issue' is still a thing.
my crate thief on Origin used the new statue to stack some luck on, he is wearing a luck suit, used the normal luck statue then the new luck clock, worked good for an hour.
now im getting NOTHING!
no maps, no drops no nothing in the hidden crates.
i used another of my thief's with no luck suit and he is getting maps and drops on almost every chest.
same with my sampire, used the clock luck statue, now im getting next to no drops and im grinding the spawn hard, yet my bard that is there running the bard mastery behind me is getting drops and he isnt even killing anything!
so i have 2 characters that are now ineffective at doing the spawn, so i cant play.
any chance you guys can fix this bug and or reset my characters?
the GM tried to 'reset' my character and that did nothing.
would love to see at least an acknowledgment that you guys knock this is an issue or will look into it.
i literally just started my holidays yesterday and was looking for ward to getting some play time in FINALLY after working all summer, now i cant even play.
very frustrating.

GMs are able to reset characters and they should be able to look into the character to see if there is anything amiss with it. I would ask that you kindly page a GM again to see if they can look into your character a bit further.
