Is this the final result of the client update?

Following all shards being updated to Publish 121 (earliest October 15th) we will also,

  • Be releasing new mandatory versions of the Classic & Enhanced Client.  You will need to patch up your client at this time to access game servers.
  • Bringing the Vendor Search database down for maintenance
  • Enabling the character transfer process from New Legacy shards

Did I miss the threads about things players wanted in the upgraded CC?

If just the beginning NM.

    I was about to post something similar, is this a patch or something bigger, like the long awaited update to Classic Client. What are the changes? Or where they the one mentioned in an earlier release

    One can only wish they would disable 3rd party clients. But I believe this verbiage is fairly common for a new publish. If they were releasing an actual update for the CC they'd post notes with it for sure. Also, I thought that was slated for next year at earliest

    Pretty sure they mention months ago.. the first UPGRADE for CC was: more than 30 FPS and u can play on big screen.. for the rest, take a seat.

    Edit: i'm going from memory.. but yeah; the announce was: summer 2025, better FPS + big screen CC.. more coming later.
    So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?

    Leave attended paying accounts alone, these people go thru a lot of trouble to automate the game.

    It’s comical to me you are so frightened of somehow bod scripters get some sort of advantage.

    Releasing a mandatory upgrade to the client isn't something new, we quite often get an instruction to update before we can play. Those that don't either can't connect or get a whole lot of 'missing string' labels on things.
