So what's up next?
Apologize if this has been announced somewhere already but....
Event on production finished, the other game got their mindless grind event shattering event going on.
What's up next for production shards? Are they working on bugs, banning 3rd party clients, vendor search, housing systems, etc., you know stuff that's needed to happen for the better part of a decade?
Really excited if so.

Usually a Dungeon event.
First Event: The Homecoming. Oct 14 will be quite fun.
How about you take some responsibility for yourself and play the game in a way that you actually enjoy. Literally nothing is stopping you from ignoring events, I do it all the time. What a ludicrous post.
Never be afraid to challenge the status quo
Yep. I think we really need to move away from this temporary grind model and go to a permanent content model. Now, the last dozen ToTs were a lazy copy/paste and I wouldn't like those to be permanent. However, the last one had some unique mechanics and it should have been made as permanent content from the beginning, with the rubble, a couple pieces of gear and a few pieces of decoration. I just don't understand why they would spend the dev time to make something more interesting than a bland ToT and then retire it after 3 months? Seems stupid to me @Parallax

I get where you are coming from - back in May, I was just starting to mess with NL a little bit - I was slightly scared off by the Ocllo/quest nature of it (but now I know that's a very tiny portion of it) so I was messing with my house, with vendors. And then *boom* Rifted Crown kicked in, and I just kept ramping up and up in terms of doing that event, to where I was doing a lot of ammo crafting, and I was trying to do it 2-3 times a day. And that was my July - August. I would do house "maintenance" only to keep clearing item count for loot, and to act as a staging pad for my endeavors in Mistas.
And then a few weeks ago Rifted Crown ended, and I started digging into NL, and now all of the sudden I'm back to feeling like July or August where I'm trying to hit the events every day. Unfortunately for me they made it easier since there's no 4 hour wait on dungeons, and the next void commander/harbinger kicks in shortly after Victor Blackthorn goes down - barely enough time to get weapons and armor repaired. Not going to complain, chances at obelisks and other cool loot are much higher.
And I'm not even doing the crimson dragon stuff, the Manticore stuff, the collections stuff, and some of the dungeon stuff - I'm literally missing out on probably 75% of NL content, and I'm still a bit overwhelmed. And this is going to be happening while anniversary stuff happens, and then seasonal stuff kicks in next month.
I feel like the next break will be in February! And I'm fine with that, because, again, I can stop what I'm doing for a few nights or a week and do "normal" UO stuff. Or just not do anything.
I would rather we have *too much* stuff to do, than in times past where it felt like we were just biding our time until the anniversary and the October-December period.
You will get there.
