why is EC so difficult to use?

I tried for quite some time to log into EC. 1st off, it took so many attempts to just write in my log in name in the 1st box. Same problem happened in the password line. THEN i couldnt check off the box with in the next section. So I gave up. If they are making it this difficult to use then they can keep it.I never have these problems in CC

    1. Do you have numlock or caps lock on?  
    2. Are you running this under native Windows or a virtualized Windows environment (or a wrapper like Wine).
    3. Is the client fully patched?  
    4. Have you run a file check?  

    I’ve been using EC since I came back in February and have never had a problem logging in, and I’m trying to picture where this problem could be.

    I've used both and CC is unplayable. EC is not difficult to get through at all.

    EC is working.

    But if you enter the wrong password, the login window will not be able to work unless refreshed. 
    If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

    Duuuuuuude, that takes like 5 seconds, hitting the credits button twice only takes 1.5 . . .
