Default Classic Client : anyone can help with a Macro to heal nearest melee friendly ?

This is with bandages...

Can anyone help with making a macro with the default Classic Client to heal the nearest melee friendly character with bandages ?

Not just friendly, because they might not be in sufficient range to use bandages with them, nor pets or ranged characters who are also friendly and so the macro would not work...

It needs to be a macro that can select another melee fighter that is near one's own and thus in range of the bandages...

If it cannot be done with the default Classic Client, would it be possible with UOAssist ?

    Add the "melee fighter" to your party and the hot key will target the character in your party. You will have to make sure that you guys are beside each other or it wont work. Make a hot key macro
    'Bandage target'
    'Select nearest'   'party'

    Is there a way to make the macro for a character not in the party ?
    The reason for this, is that, especially with the new Event, players often have to withdraw their characters from the fight for one reason or another, deaths are common and to get ressed it takes time... if I limit my bandage healing to one single character that is partied, chances are that I will heal less often then when I will actually heal...

    If I can instead make a macro that would work with any melee character in the range of my healing, I would be able to use it with any melee fighter that is within range.

    If not with the Default Classic Client, can it be done with UOAssist ?
