How Long Before Stage 3 Can Be Fixed?!?!

I know it has been posted in the official discord and I know a few others have mentioned it here and there, but can a developer please explain what qualifies you to get artifact drops from the commanders and a satchel drop from the boss? I have done four rounds of stage 3, start to finish, looting rights on every commander and I have gotten zero drops and zero satchels. This is all on one character. 

I use 8-10 ammunition kits each round as I play on a smaller shard and usually only a few people to help break into the town. I get drops on the Stage 1 walls and the Stage 2 wall. I get drops in the dungeon when I go down. Nothing from Stage 3. I have guildmates who have simliar issues but not the extent that I do. I have tried changing weapons, I use the potion on my weapons. Nothing from Stage 3. Can @Kyronix or @Community Manager get some information on this? I know a few people posted in Discord about it so someone in that thread might be able to help potentially try to reproduce the issue.

    Damage done, damage taken, Healing mob damage on others.  The usual stuff.

    I doubt Potion does more damage to Commanders.

    I've gotten drops on every commander and Rift Boss even when getting to the commanders at 1/4 HP.
    On Atl we drew the Automatron guy, in a big crowd and a lot of lag when both me and my pet died instantly, I didn't res the pet, others ressed me a few times, I died immediately, then gave up and walked to the healer, I got the drop bag while at the healer.

    Make a tamer.  Bear and Cu will get drops. Probably any other pet.

    You should be getting 5 drops from each commander, don't waste time on the other mobs while stage 3 is active.  Basically why many players just do stage 3, 45 Guaranteed drops and a Bag, for me at least.

    As I said in another post the discrepancy between the phases very uneven I've got close to 40 from phase 3 in half hour of work there is zero incentive to grind phase 4 for four hours

    A lot of assumptions and not sure you actually read and comprehended my post.  I am doing damage, I do cross heal guild mates and others. I GET LOOTING RIGHTS every time. I am on a small population shard where in some cases there are less than 10 people at the event (Sonoma). The question is what is the criteria to get rights because clearly "Damage done, damage taken, Healing mob damage on other. The usual stuff." is not what does it. The fact that other people are reporting that they are failing to get things as well on a consistent basis points to bugged characters or something screwy in the event code. Hence my question in another communication forum.

    A note as well, the Voidbane Elixir does actually do more damage. I have tested it and it is roughly double from start to finish, even when you are hitting for 4-6 damage versus 2-3. I have used it 3 of the four times. I did not on the fourth time just to see if it changed anything. No change.

    I can also say, if I got 45 guaranteed drops in stage 3 I would probably do a bit less of the  dungeon but I get guaranteed 0 for the past four runs.

    I was getting drops the first few days. Slowly trickled down to where I get nothing now, but even the first few days it was about 50% of the time across the board.

    What are the skills of your character that you do the event with?

    I'm sorry. I do not know what needs fixed. My pets  do 1 - 5 damage on some of the Commanders.  It does not take much damage to get rights for me.  I'm sure archers and warriors are doing damage.  I hope everyone on LS is getting drops, I have heard few say they did not on one. 

    We just did stage 3 on LS  maybe 10 to 15 ppl and I saw everyone go to the Turn in NPC and say what they got in the bag.

    If others are not getting drops, maybe they can speak out here.

    CUO can have % for everyones HP.  I usually stand behind archers and heal and bless and cure.
    The Commanders with Void Rain,  I stand out of range. Still get drop.

    In my experience it is perfect, you show up, have fun, get drops.

    Honestly if it was every now and then, sure, fine. But the fact I am not getting the drops consistently to the form of no drop but I get looting rights EVERY TIME tells me something is borked somewhere.

    What are the skills of your character that you do the event with?

    120 Swords, 100 Tactics, Anatomy, Healing, Bushido, Parry, Necromancy. Guild mate runs the exact same template and almost identical armor and gets drops and satchels.

    The dynamic part works great.  It takes 10 players on one shard the same amount of time that 150 players on Atlantic can do it.

    Most players get drops. I have done several where a player that usually gets drops, didn’t get a single drop from any of the bosses. I’m not sure if they got a bag though. My personal experience is that if you just breathe on the boss, you’ll get drops. There is something in the equation that seems to not be working properly.

    I totally agree. I'm playing on a small shard too. I often don't get a bag from bosses. I'm sure there's a bug. There are many times when  can't get artifact to the commander, and I think there's a problem with the system that prevents AFK.

    I'm in the same boat as Pawain & crew where I typically do get a satchel. Most of the time I'm doing decent damage (IMO lol) but even in the handful of times I've been unlucky to just die repeatedly to the Rift Construct and not do much more than that; I've received a satchel.

    That said I did have this issue on Origin when I played it opening weekend. I did enough damage to get looting rights but no satchel. I'm wondering if the Champ's HP (or damage taken) maybe has something to do with it? Obv on ATL they need to be beefier with the 75+ toons hitting it so it's possible just doing the smallest damage amount gets a prize there compared to other smaller shards you actually need to do a certain percent?

    I also have noticed the mini bosses (champions?) kind of work this way as well from a drop standpoint; anyone else? I seem to get more total drops when there are more people (and I'm doing less damage)... it's not huge but I think on average I get like 10-15 more drops in the PM when it's more crowded vs the morning, and this is consistent.

    I  had a small problem before I put all my bows that I wasn't using in the bank. The problem was that my pack was so full of drops and other stuff that the satchel couldn't be delivered till I cleared some of it out. I did get the satchel when I was at home and unloaded.

    I am adding just the half of a cent my cat found in the street. 

    I think the commanders use a similar algorithm to the blackthorn commanders. They drop items in everyone's backpack that got the looting rights. At least that has been the experience for me. I don't remember getting a looting right, and not getting drops in my backpack. 

    It is the same as the satchels.  I always got the satchel when I got the looting rights.

    There have been a lot of valid points, but I would like to point out one in particular that likely may be the result of your issue; 
    I  had a small problem before I put all my bows that I wasn't using in the bank. The problem was that my pack was so full of drops and other stuff that the satchel couldn't be delivered till I cleared some of it out. I did get the satchel when I was at home and unloaded.

    If your backpack is full, if you are overweight or close to either, these items will wait until you unpack and drop off some items. I would suggest going through your pack and remove anything that is not needed/necessary for you to take with you. 

    If by some chance that is not the issue after you remove items from your pack and still are unable to get any drops, I would suggest paging a GM to look into your character more closely.

    I've recieved rewards and satchels from every single Dreadguard and Champion, on all my characters, even when my WebUO clients crash and I have to run them all the way back from Humility mid fight.

    I genuinely don't know what you're doing wrong if you're playing any shard that isn't Atlantic.

    Yup, the OP is broken.  I just tried my Gargoyle to get Garg armor.  The event started when I logged in so I had to just grab him and go.  He wasn't swinging at max speed, had the event throwing weapon,  I didn't have a last weapon macro so he didn't have a weapon most of the time, toss one RC that was dispelled quickly but he get drops every time and a bag of rocks.

    That has not been the case. The character is typically well below the 550 maximum backpack limit and is below 100 items in the backpack.

    I am following back up here with this. I have been out of pocket for a few days due to illness and trip for work. I was on this morning though and I do believe this to be related to the anti macro code. I say this because as I have noticed before my character stops displaying damage when I swing. I did not think much of it and just assumed it was a bug with the new area. I did some testing though and my characters who has been running ALL over the town somehow on the 6th boss decides to stop doing damage. I hit minor spawn and no damage. I bailed out for a bout 5 minutes and came back, same issue. During the 5 minute retreat I went to my castle which is in a swamp and started the great swamp massacre of 2025. Damage and carnage everywhere. Just as a random test I let my character be killed. I rezzed him, put back on armor, and can now do damage again. Not sure if coincidence or not, but will test if it happens again. Maybe I am not seeing monochome enough? This honestly sounds like a bug though. I am not sure how my character can trigger the anti-macro code while running circles around the city looking for the bosses to kill.

    Likely nothing as it seems like it may be a bug with the anti-macro code.

    @Jha_dur that code will give a system message that says you are doing no damage.

    I have got to a commander with a dot of life. Cast an energy bolt and got drops

    Great. You can miss a system message potentially. All I am saying is that my guy it hitting the mobs, I can see AI graphic. No damage....regular hits, no damage. I am not the only person experiencing it either. People are posting about it in discord. I have guild mates who are having the same issue. I just wrapped up town on Sonoma a half hour ago. I was on third boss and NO damage. Took the guy out and waited a bit. Came back, still not damage. Multiple suicides, no damage. So I just ran alonga nd helped heal guidlmates. The last commander, damage came back. Roughly 30 minutes after I stopped doing it. 

    Can we just turn this non-sense off in the town? I can see it being on in the dungeon but seriously...who is farming the mobs in the town? Once the bosses drop there are a handful of Juka warriors and chaos dragoons running around. Heck even a dev reaching out to try to work with me to see if we can recreate it? I can try paging a GM next time it happens and hope they show up before the cool down wears off.

    Ya great idea. Turn it off. So the hundreds of players, other than you, that are getting 45 + drops each and every round, need to stop being able to have fun. Because you can't 

    Only one player has an account from Sonoma and can post here.  Very odd.

    I'll add my 2 cents...

    I like doing stage 2 and 3. So please don't turn them off.
    I would like stage 1 more if I was getting more scorched rubbles but such is life. 

    There is one thing I would like to add. It would be nice if bag of sending worked on explosives, ammos, etc... Sometimes I go to the event with 5 barrels and 5 ammo. Then the doors and the wall are down after I only use 1 of each. Then I have to go back home, drop the barrels/ammo, go back to the event area...

    It would be nice if we could send the barrels and explosives back to bank when we dont need them anymore, instead of recalling home and walking back.

    People around me, including myself, are struggling with this problem. I don't know if it's a problem with some shards or a problem with the character, but there is definitely a problem. We are not stupid. We did enough damage and we did not miss anything.
    Don't assume that there is no problem because you are operating normally.

    I agree. If you are not getting drops in this event. There is a problem with something, because they are falling like rain for everyone else.  

    They have been selling on Atlantic for 25M per hundred since day 2.  They have never been that low for an event.

    Have you paged a GM?

    I looked at my toons on Sonoma, I don't have a toon with any skills,  a shard with no gate in Britain.
