How Long Before Stage 3 Can Be Fixed?!?!
I know it has been posted in the official discord and I know a few others have mentioned it here and there, but can a developer please explain what qualifies you to get artifact drops from the commanders and a satchel drop from the boss? I have done four rounds of stage 3, start to finish, looting rights on every commander and I have gotten zero drops and zero satchels. This is all on one character.
I use 8-10 ammunition kits each round as I play on a smaller shard and usually only a few people to help break into the town. I get drops on the Stage 1 walls and the Stage 2 wall. I get drops in the dungeon when I go down. Nothing from Stage 3. I have guildmates who have simliar issues but not the extent that I do. I have tried changing weapons, I use the potion on my weapons. Nothing from Stage 3. Can @Kyronix or @Community Manager get some information on this? I know a few people posted in Discord about it so someone in that thread might be able to help potentially try to reproduce the issue.

I doubt Potion does more damage to Commanders.
I've gotten drops on every commander and Rift Boss even when getting to the commanders at 1/4 HP.
On Atl we drew the Automatron guy, in a big crowd and a lot of lag when both me and my pet died instantly, I didn't res the pet, others ressed me a few times, I died immediately, then gave up and walked to the healer, I got the drop bag while at the healer.
Make a tamer. Bear and Cu will get drops. Probably any other pet.
You should be getting 5 drops from each commander, don't waste time on the other mobs while stage 3 is active. Basically why many players just do stage 3, 45 Guaranteed drops and a Bag, for me at least.
We just did stage 3 on LS maybe 10 to 15 ppl and I saw everyone go to the Turn in NPC and say what they got in the bag.
If others are not getting drops, maybe they can speak out here.
CUO can have % for everyones HP. I usually stand behind archers and heal and bless and cure.
The Commanders with Void Rain, I stand out of range. Still get drop.
In my experience it is perfect, you show up, have fun, get drops.
120 Swords, 100 Tactics, Anatomy, Healing, Bushido, Parry, Necromancy. Guild mate runs the exact same template and almost identical armor and gets drops and satchels.
That said I did have this issue on Origin when I played it opening weekend. I did enough damage to get looting rights but no satchel. I'm wondering if the Champ's HP (or damage taken) maybe has something to do with it? Obv on ATL they need to be beefier with the 75+ toons hitting it so it's possible just doing the smallest damage amount gets a prize there compared to other smaller shards you actually need to do a certain percent?
I also have noticed the mini bosses (champions?) kind of work this way as well from a drop standpoint; anyone else? I seem to get more total drops when there are more people (and I'm doing less damage)... it's not huge but I think on average I get like 10-15 more drops in the PM when it's more crowded vs the morning, and this is consistent.
If your backpack is full, if you are overweight or close to either, these items will wait until you unpack and drop off some items. I would suggest going through your pack and remove anything that is not needed/necessary for you to take with you.
I genuinely don't know what you're doing wrong if you're playing any shard that isn't Atlantic.
