My ABC Archer

I wanted to share my "simple" ABC Archer, which is build around current artifacts and new bow. Suit items are similar to my Sampire build which i posted here https://forum.uo.com/discussion/15398/my-end-game-sampire#latest

Highlights:

1) 147 Hit Points, 217 Stamina, 110 Mana.

2) Use new bow from Event + Super Slayers from Talismans (Enchantress' Cameo / An Bal Xen / In Corp Mani Xen / Conjurer's Trinket). Rest of the damage modifier comes from Honor or Chivalry Enemy Of One spell.

3) Weapons:

Shadow's Fury and Bow of Infinite Swarms. Those have very good stats. 50 Hit Mana Leech helps a lot and there is also a lot of SSI + DI on them. This allows more space on suit for additional skill points, because we do not need to have max possible SSI and DI on suit. Those bows can be repaired and it is possible to use Powder of Fortifying on them.

4) 30 HLD from Mace and Shield Reading Glasses (Blackthorn equivalent of it to have 4 metal armor pieces for stamina loss reduction).

5) 45 HCI

6) 40 DCI

7) 55 SSI with bow equipped. This combined with 217 stamina (210 is needed) allows usage of Shadow's Fury and Bow of Infinite Swarms every 1.25 sec.

8) 100 DI with bow equipped.

9) +95 skill points on gear

10) 120 Archery, 120 Tactics, 120 Anatomy, 120 Chivalry, 120 Healing, 120 Bushido, 95 Resisting Spells. You can also lower Bushido to 80 and add some skill points to Focus or Resisting Spells depending on your taste. 80 Bushido is a must for Special Move mana cost reduction (5 points for 200 skill points: 120 Archery + 80 Bushido combined)

11) When using Bows special move Armor Ignore is used all the time on this build

12) 49 LMC and 4 metal armor pieces provide a heavy bonus to stamina loss reduction.

13) Use Paroxy Dragon for 12% damage reduction or / and Exceptional Dragon Barding on Swamp Dragon for 20%.

A few more details about template:

- In spreadsheet there is 5 SSI from Cameo and 5 SSI from Town Bonus. Those are not needed if you plan to use Shadow's Fury and Bow of Infinite Swarms. Only 25 SSI is needed on suit. Rest come from those Bows

- In case if someone would like to use different bows (like crafted ones), you can swap Mace and Shield Reading Glasses for Prismatic Lenses. This will lower your stats a bit but you can have 100 DI on suit. Also it is possible to lower some skills a bit and use Bracelet with additional 10 SSI on it.

With current event items it is possible to change suit a bit, mostly to include new talismans to make build cheaper. It also gains 45 DCI and 1 FC. Finally it is possible to include Shadowbane Tabbard which in my opinion is supperior to Lord Morphius' Epaulettes.

    Highlights:

    1) 147 Hit Points, 213 Stamina, 110 Mana.

    2) Use bow from previous event + new talismans from current event.

    5) 45 HCI

    6) 45 DCI

    7) 60 SSI with bow equipped. This combined with 213 stamina (210 is needed) allows usage of Shadow's Fury and Bow of Infinite Swarms every 1.25 sec.

    8) 100 DI with bow equipped.

    9) +90 skill points on gear

    10) 120 Archery, 120 Tactics, 120 Anatomy, 120 Chivalry, 120 Healing, 120 Bushido, 90 Resisting Spells.

    13) 1 FC (helps casting Enemy of One)

    13) Use Paroxy Dragon for 12% damage reduction or / and Exceptional Dragon Barding on Swamp Dragon for 20%.

    14) Healing Bonus from Town Bonus

    More possible options:

Another possible suit variation is to include 5 HCI 10 DI sash from event + keep Cameo set. This allows having 100 DI on suit, which is good for crafted bows.

Btw. thank you developers for fixing clipping with Balron Bone Armor in Paperdoll in EC Client (and some other changes there). Very nice suprise!

Thank you for this, I’m slowly rebuilding my 25-year-old archer/mage/fencer (long story) into an ABC archer and this is amazingly helpful. I’ve dumped Magery, nearly finished healing and am close to your other skills (just need to buy the power scrolls for tactics and Bushido and work those up).

On the Dreadguard Talisman, are you swapping out multiple talismans depending on the slayer or do you even care what super slayer it is with everything else you have?  I’ve got one so far (elemental) and I’m debating on whether to burn/risk the reward points on more and then store some of my slayer bows.

Yes I'm swapping Dreadguard Talismans. Those are way cheaper than full Cameo setup. I swap them because this template is build around usage of Shadows Fury and Bow of Infinite Swarms which come without Slayer type.

Dreadguard Talismans are worser than Cameo but in this template scenario they work very good. With each TOT event, building such a template becomes cheaper and cheaper.
