Enhancing gargish earrings?

Is it possible to enhance gargish earrings? 
  • I created few gargish earrings using the tinkering skill and Iron Ingots.
  • Then I reforged them to 150 luck with runic reforging. 
  • After that, PoF'ed them to 255. 
  • It says "Reforged (Lesser)" on the item. 

Now I am trying to enhance the earrings from 150 to 190 luck. 
  • I set the gold as a material. 
  • I clicked Forged Metal of Artifacts.
  • I clicked enhance then target the earrings.
  • I get an error that says "You cannot enhance this type of item with the properties of the selected special material"

I am 100% sure that the earrings are created using Iron Ingots. 

Any ideas about what I am doing wrong? I tried to use both Tinkering Bench and Smithing Press. They both give the same error.

    They are Tinker created.

    you can't gain the material bonuses with gargish earrings OR gargish necklaces.

    150 luck is the highest you can craft for those two item slots.
    Remove or change casting focus & poison immunity it reduces the need for "Player Skill" it's garbage. rant2 Bring timing back and eliminate chance in pvp!

    Can we get a final word on this? This sounds like a bug. Is this a bug? Will this be fixed soon?

    You can't reforge them either. No Tinker Runic.

    You CAN reforge them using blacksmithing runic hammers. I just did reforge them.

    Opps ok.  Been a long time since I crafted them.  Do they have any good choices or just doing for Luck?

    Maybe you can find some of these on your shard.  From the event this time last year.
