I was referring specifically to the artifacts of events that are intended to be deposited for points.
Pardon me @Grimbeard, but I disagree. I think some of them could be added to the virtue dungeon drops, in place of the least popular 10th anni items, some of them should replace the least useful paragon drops, and only some of them on the black market merchant. Spread them around a bit.

I agree with the spread them around a bit concept, that is basically exactly what I am asking for. Put them in clever, and logical places, places you would expect to see them.

I'd like to see some of the past event items added to or flat out replace some of the reward items for existing content that is outdated.
ML Peerless' for example, pretty rarely done. devs say they're among the 'best loot pools' in the game, but to most of us, that just means they drop the most loot (quantity) when we're asking for better loot (quality). -I mean, the Crimson Cincture is still very good. but most of the other 'rare drops' are useless because better things just came along from another part of the game.
add "Replica versions to peerless bosses, where some would be shared drops (any peerless can drop XYZ), and have a specific list of drops that can only drop from each peerless boss. include the SA peerless' that'll breath life back into that content, could even take it a step further and change ilshenar champion spawns to cycle in some of the past "Dynamic Spawns event" we've had, so there's a reason to do them. to be completely honest, as someone who enjoys pvp for the most part (though less with all the cheats in the last few years) for me, there's no reason to do Ilshenar or other trammel rule-facets' spawns, pretty much everything I can get from them, I can get in fel with the addition of Powerscrolls.
Remove or change casting focus & poison immunity it reduces the need for "Player Skill" it's garbage. Bring timing back and eliminate chance in pvp!
Peerless bosses, mini spawns in Stygian Abyss, artifacts from champ spawns, etc. More or less the loot tables of all historical content has been blown out by the dynamic events of the past few years. Updating the loot pools should go hand in hand with increases in difficulty to balance out against the power creep that we see in each and every new dynamic event.

I agree with everything said in this post. A small touch up on Imbuing and runic reforging would be great as well.
