Yall need to be more specific. I've used CC and UOC since the patch for hours. Only one disconnect while in CUO that I recall. I use a deco macro in CC that is simple but I'm too lazy to put it in CUO.
Not sure what else i can mention but, for me it's CC, I don't use ec or cuo, and I'm disconnected within 5 minutes. Sometimes logging back or running a file check helps sometimes not.
It seems if I am able to get past the initial 5 mins it doesn't happen and I'm good.
So rather than recognise the effort the botters went to, to set all that up - for the benefit of the players, to help get certain items, something you could never be bothered to do, you would rather drag people backwards to your neanderthal world?
Leave attended paying accounts alone, these people go thru a lot of trouble to automate the game.
It’s comical to me you are so frightened of somehow bod scripters get some sort of advantage.

@Kyronix Players have been getting disconnected since my original post in December. It has been well documented on all media forums in addition to bug reports submitted. I understand the lack of response if it’s being done intentionally, but if it’s a technical issue, will you please addressed the problem.
@Kyronix Thanks for the response. I use the Classic Client with no add on’s and I have documented others loosing connection with the same configuration.
I've logged in with 5 (paid) accounts, and one disconnected randomly about 20-30 mins after i logged in, It wasn't idle long enough to disconnect from that, but it was minimized at the time. -i was on for approx 6-7 hours.
I have not experienced multiple disconnects, just the one, so I doubt my instance was related.
Remove or change casting focus & poison immunity it reduces the need for "Player Skill" it's garbage. Bring timing back and eliminate chance in pvp!
1. What do you mean by “Server Accessing” and the specific information requested? 2. Is the ClassicUO Web client excluded? 3. Why is the Account Name required?
For anyone having these issues, please e-mail uo@ broadsword.com with the following information;
Account Name
IP Address
Internet Service Provider
Server Accessing
Time Accessing (when you get the disconnects)
How many accounts being used at that time
Veteran or EJ
Classic Client or Enhanced Client
Any 3rd party program being used
Thank you kindly!
@ "Community Manager" Please clarify a couple items.
1. What do you mean by “Server Accessing” and the specific information requested? 2. Is the ClassicUO Web client excluded? 3. Why is the Account Name required?
1. The server you are signing into. (I meant shard, my apologies) 2. You can add if you are having that issue on that client. 3. I was informed to ask for said information from the Dev team to better assist. I'm not sure exactly what any of this information is specifically looking for, that's above me I'm afraid. ^_^;
Ever so rarely, 1 in maybe 100 log-ins, I will log in and get disconnected within 5 minutes. Sometimes a bit longer, maybe up to 20-30 minutes. CC, paid and EJ alike. Hyper annoying. My friend that plays the EC says he gets the same thing.
The issue I am explaining has been going on ever since they implemented the constellation client disconnect thingy (and then walked it back) and I'm 99.9% sure it's related to that. There may be something else too, no idea.

If/when it happens again, please email us with the above information.
Any updates on this, it continues to be a problem. I have sent a few emails already but I would literally be sending 10+ emails a day if I sent every time.
I've had it happen several times today, but unfortunately can't provide many details as it was somewhat random. Having done a lot of software/QA testing in the past, there was just nothing that stood out to me - EC, crashed straight to desktop.
It did happen twice around 2pm CST on Lake Superior during the fight with Ankou. There were a heckuva lot of players on screen, lot of effects happening, but I have a solid computer, no mods/add-ons running, just the EC. It happened so fast that I don't know what exactly happened prior to it crashing. It shouldn't have been FX-related as I have a decent card, and I don't think it was a buffer problem (the client had been restarted within a short amount of time), not a memory problem (32GB is enough these days).
I'm going to play the event later (LS has been running through pub 120 like clockwork) and do some video recording to see if I can capture it crashing. Also wlil get some monitoring software to see if something all of the sudden taxes the video card or something.
Yea I've also been noticing a lot more crashing when I'm running around for this event... I've crashed probably 5 times since the event started last week (world wide); typically I might crash MAYBE once a month before that.
Happened to me once during tonight’s event against the riftbreaker. I forgot to get my video capture going because I logged in late and nearly missed the event. It seems like it was during one of the constructs area attacks.
I've had 1/4-10 account lose connection randomly within ~30-45 minutes after logging in.
just one (not always the same one) all depends on what I'm doing in-game how many clients I'm playing.
luckily so far I haven't had this happen while in any unsafe areas. like it happened at the lobby room to Shadowguard, and once or twice at my house. -This was over the last month or so.
all on Lake Superior -I haven't really played any other shards so much in the last month or so, at least I haven't been logged into another shard long enough to have this happen (yet).

For me it happens mostly after switching characters, it can be when only on one account or multiple doesn't seem to matter. Sometimes it will happen repeatedly if i log in without closing the client and reopening but that seems to stop it for that session.
Happened to me yesterday when fighting a construct and I was on an Intel laptop with integrated Intel graphics, so not just my AMD/NVIDIA gaming rig.
Happened today on LS with Ankhou(sp?) when his area attack kicked in and the sound started. Just dropped straight to desktop. Just once, got me killed but not a big deal. I had a freshly started client (and it was reinstalled a few weeks ago).
Again, apologies I didn’t get it captured, I hopped on minutes before the commander fights started. I have no problem loading the EC and being back up and running within 30 seconds of crashing.
