HELP PLEASE!! Paid account going into IDOC but paid for full year!!

Back in March, 3 of my brother's Ultima Online accounts went down because they ran out of paid time. So, we went online to pay like we normally do and to our surprise we paid but couldn't log into the accounts still!! I went to the EA Help and opened a ticket for help to get them going again. Well, the only thing I got was unanswered emails and a chat that left us with no help but a promise that they would look into it further to see what the problem was.


I emailed who I thought might be able to help only to get my emails sent back with messages stating that their emails were full and to try again later! Needless to say, I would get up at all hours of the night and morning to be able to make contact with the people on chat at EA Help. I even ended up paying one year plus more on all three accounts trying to get the darn things to work!!


Well to make a long story short, after 3 long months of constantly trying everything within my power to get these accounts going again, I finally got 2 to work!! I was so happy!! Even though I lost 3 months of playing time and didn't get credited for them. We were very glad. Especially since I have been playing since the beginning of time and didn't want to lose my houses and all the contents inside them!! 2 were now safe!!


I went to log onto the final account hopeful that it too would work. IT did NOT work!! I got the message saying it's NOT paid and in fact its paid for over a damn YEAR!! I got on my other account and went to check the status of the house, and it was okay. I knew it was going to be starting the IDOC any day now and it was still okay at 5:00pm. WELL at around 6:00pm, my friends messaged me and told me it just went into IDOC mode!! We called for a GM to see if they could help somehow but they went home for the night I guess because they never came.


Does ANYONE have a solution to my problem???? I am at my wits end with this mess!! To think it's this hard to just pay a bill!!! Why can't they have a phone available for things like this??? Please help!!

    How do you know the account is paid for a year if you cannot log into it?
    Why wait until the last minute to get help? It makes very little sense that you're able to put gametime on them and are unable to log on.

    Yes, I am going to ignore her comments. Obviously, she has never gone to the website to check on her account. But I finally got it fixed tonight through the EA Chat tonight!! Thanks for the comment. I do wish there was a better way to solve issues like this though.

    Good to hear! Perhaps you can post a step by step guide of how you did it to help others in future

    If you can log into the website you can log into the client. Not my fault you are not very bright.
