Bug : Crossing Server Lines and Armor/Stats
Ok, its been long enough. Like 20 years. Please fix this problem.
Lets say you have 50 natural intelligence and 80 mana and you wear armor that gives you +30 intelligence and say 110 mana.
When you are full of mana at 110 and recall or cross a server line - it removes and reapplies your armor without you taking it off (this includes getting into dungeons). So you drop to 80 mana then jump back to 110 mana only you aren't full but now you are 80/110 and have to wait for it to regen.
Fix this. I didn't take my armor off. I didn't do anything. Your toon needs to bring his current stats and health with them and then be reapplied after jumping to a new server. Not 'pretend he's naked, then apply his armor' nonsense. I wear alot of stat increase stuff and its no fun dropping into a dungeon missing 1/3 of my mana and health and needing to regen it. There is no possible way to drop in full health.
Its been this way FOREVER. Fix it.
Here you go - Leaving my house full health, sacred journey to luna. Why am I 20% dead with all that missing stamina and mana? Cause i crossed a server line and it took off my armor and put it back on. Why? I didn't. You need to pass the current health to the 'move server' subroutine and reapply it when arriving AFTER armor is replaced. Not before. I can tell you what your code looks like without seeing it. You are setting the current health/mana/stamina BEFORE the armor is reapplied. Don't. Apply the armor first - then reset the health. Just reorder the process
.
Another view of the stats.... Leave completely full of health with stats on left - then arrive with this. Down 37 health/99 stamina/51 mana.
This includes server lines and walking into dungeons. Nothing like starting a fight with half your stamina and mana missing.

Yea I never had that much of an issue with it myself; especially on a Sampire which appears to be pictured (one or two hits replenishes all). The only potential problem recalling in with half stats would be an active battle, but the solution is to recall outside of the battlezone and walk into it.
Secondly - why do you all defend obvious game bugs that have lasted for 20 years? There is no logical sense why this happens besides bad coding. None. Zero. Zip. It is poorly coded and should be fixed. I didn't take my armor off. It should not be taken off and put back on me and mess up my stats. It is LITERALLY the definition of a bug.
It is absolutely crazy that so many people here on these boards just accept this amount of buggy software. Its a clear and obvious bug that affects combat. Period. Why do you defend it?
If you have crap armor on, you are affected less.
I had a long response here but what is the point? Can't even get a dev to respond in any fashion to anything. Radio silence. My subscription dollars go into some deep pit of new legacy nonsense I don't even play. I'm wasting my time.
20 year bug.
That is the way it was - when we changed locations, we were being passed off from one physical server to another, and any delay or issues could cause rubberbanding/etc. because different parts of the system might briefly think we are in different places until they reconciled the location.
It's never bothered me, and even if the pre-Tram days, it wasn't much of a problem if you understood it and accounted for it (and didn't recall off of strange runes left around the banks).
