Was there a change to crafting?

After reforging a piece, I am getting a message that I cannot use Powder of Fortification on the item.  The items in question are not imbued yet.

    Nevermind- figured it out... the pieces were brittle.....

    you realized your mistake but go on - report the actual issue - the pieces you crafted are like 75 or 35 durability making them useless as reforged pieces.  This is still something that should be fixed.  They should at least be 255 durability since you can never powder them.  High end monster loot drops with 255 durability but reforged brittle is limited so it’s essentially junk and not usable.  

    Needs fixed.

    Yup that thread is 4 years old and still broken and still sad today.
