Jon-Jon entered the Lair as an Outlander and as one of the humble Squires of Ultima but his courage, strength, and deeds have set him apart. Today, he rises and claims his rightful place as a Knight of The Wyvern’s Lair!

Knight Coala says Hell Yea. Jon-Jon is a great guy and is always ready to help the guild members when it's needed. We need more people like Jon-Jon with us.

Knight Joojeh says Yea! Jon-Jon has always got your back when the monsters come a-knocking! He also has a wealth of information about UO and serves as a great resource in the New Legacy discord.

Knight Lithy says Jon-Jon is a productive player and always fun to play with; he say yes. Much unlike that DM Wyvern guy who plays the character William.... No to him.

How long have you been adventuring in UO?

I played on the Baja server from 98' to '03, then adulting eventually arrived. Fast-forward years later, and UO: New Legacy became my official reentry into the world of Ultima Online.

What's your favorite thing about the game?

It's really hard to narrow down what I love about UO, but here it goes: communities, server birth rares collecting, housing & vendor system, PvP, etc. Everything just meshes so well together. I've never played any other MMO like it.

What inspired you to join The Wyvern’s Lair on the New Legacy shard?

TWL seems to emphasize a member-first approach. Upper management (shoutout to Wyvern and Poison Ivy) does an exceptional job organizing guild adventurers and making every member feel truly welcome.

I have about two years of experience on the official shards, with some on-and-off experience on private shards, probably totaling 3-4 years altogether.

Most of the experience on private shards was on classic-style shards for the era before I actually started playing in 2002. What I enjoy most about the game is the open-ended freedom to determine how I play the game.

It might not have the highest degree of character build customizing out of all MMOs, or the most expansive world with the most in-depth ways to interact with it, but the way the game combines individual aspects of freedom like those into a more cohesive and unified form results in a much better feeling than the forms of freedom in other MMOs I've played.

What drew me into playing on the New Legacy shard was discovering an opportunity to play the game in a form similar to the old days I was familiar with, but with a more community-oriented shard rather than the cutthroat nature of the classic-style private shards. What drew me to The Wyvern's Lair was seeing that community to be a part of on that shard.
