Does anyone get this Error Message?

I know several players, including myself, that receive this Error Message randomly when they try to log in. It prevents you from going any further and requires a reboot and/or running a Full File Check to clear it up.  Does anyone else experience this error message and know the cause?

    If I double clik my icon on the task bar it wants to open two instances and I get that for one of them

    Thanks for your reply. The message you’re referring to is a warning and doesn’t stop you from opening multiple accounts. The message in my picture is different and it prevents you from logging in.
