To control 2 slot and does it have to be real skill

    No but it's not based on slots per se.  Lore the pet and see taming requirement.

    The bear would need real GM like Triton or Ostard.

    Shopping on Atlantic and want a pretty green mare but have 0 taming

    They require 96. Doesn't need to be real.  You can use jewels.  There's usually +15 of taming skills in VS.  So that would just be 30.

    New toon 50, have to get 16 more points.

    You can derive the taming + lore skill requirements using the calculator:

    Note the third value comes from the animal lore page.

    The threshold for having sufficient taming/lore to transfer a pet is lower than the threshold for reliably controlling a pet.  

    For instance, you get to 99% success change for 106, 96, 96.  
    Whereas it was only 70% for 96,96,96
