Please fix Moldering Ursine bug

The Moldering Ursine has the option to train 'Necromage magic ability but it cannot be done. I'm not sure if it is a bug or a feature but it requires 3000 training points and you cannot train it with Necromage since you only have 1501 points. Will the Moldering Ursine be able to train Necromage in the future or was it not intended to be trained at all ? Can you please let us train it with Necromage ?

It does not have the place holders for Necro or Magery.  Yes, it would cost the full amount.

You really want to put that on your bear?  You should try that build on a Ram first.  They have the placeholders so it costs less.

They should change this, this would be the first viable pet for Necro.

Can you turn on Copy to Test Center or let us have a clicky for the bears there.  Players are going to ruin a lot of these pets without the ability to test their builds.  @Kyronix @Misk

Lions Tigers and Dragonwolfs have animations like this.  Those all do 100% physical damage and cant
get chivalry. Would be nice if they could!  Makes fighting fun.

@Violet can correct me if wrong.

If the Ursines had the placeholders for Necro or any other magic.  Those are in the total intensity.

So, remove 1501 points from the total 4503 intensity that we can decide on.

The pet would have only 3002 points that we could build with.  Which means it would probably start at 3 slots.

So, we really do not want to "fix" this.  Unless kyronix could force those on and make the pet still be the same stats and 2 slots.  I doubt they can. Their own pet exploit controls would turn the pet to 3 slot.

Notice how all pets with natural magery or necro or placeholders for those skills do not have a lot of intensity points that we can use.

Off the top of my head,  Rams, all the Equines. Dread Spider, Skree.  None of them have enough leftover intensity for us to build pets with all the bells and whistles.

Bane Dragon vs the wildfire Ostard.  When the Ostard first appeared on TC it was a 4 slot pet because Banes have magery.  Kyronix had to adjust the Stats to get it to 3 slots.  Ostards can not be built as well as a Bane.

A better solution would be for them to create a specific Necro pet that started with decent stats (better than a dread spider) and allowed us to place 3 rounds of points on it.  The spider graphics in NL would be great.

Passive Necromancy would eat up 1500 intensity, making this pet a 3-slot at base level. If you want to put Necromage on it, train it in Necromancy first so it gets those skills, then train it in Necromage in the next training cycle (which would only be 1501 since it now has base Necromancy).

Not having necromancy built-in as a passive allows more varied training options, but you should be able to make it Necromage if that's what you want, it just takes 2 training cycles.

@Cinderella gifted me a bunch of the bears on test center.  I'll be able to show every odd ball build that I can.

    Thanks for that. C

No you asked to make the bear a three or four slot pet and ruin it for every other build.

Sorry you got offended because I explained the game mechanics to you.

Also you said it can't be built. It can if you add necro first and then necromage.

At that point it is a 4 slot pet.

Adding passive necro to it would make it start at 3 slots.  Adding passive magery also would make it 4 slots.

Whether or not, you understand that you are asking for that.  Fact is fact.  At that point, necromage would cost 1 point.

Lore a dread spider and see what place holders it has.   Those place holders make it a 3 slot pet with very low stats to keep it from becoming 4 slots.

All the pets use the same mechanics.

I don't like it, I would say you don't like it, but I don't want to put words in your mouth.
