Hi. I am brand new to Ultima Online. I am on the New Legacy server.
How does one obtain a house?
Is there a skill requirement?

    You have to finish your starting build.  Have the required skills to GM.  Then you can find the housing authority person.
    Focus on what you can do, not what you can't.
