Hello Hello... So, I am posting this on behalf of a friend of mine that is having issues logging in after the patch on the 7th. She has been stuck on the '..verifying account..' part of the login process. At first it was happening on one of her computers with 1 character. Now it's several characters and on both computers that she uses.

I haven't seen anyone post any problems after the patch, so I'm not sure why she is having an issue. Some points:
1. She uses the Classic Client. Doesn't want to use the web client or EC.
2. Runs the client as an administrator.
3. Performed a full file check.
4. Randomly occurs across all chars and both computers.

Thanks thanks... And no this isn't one of those 'I'm asking for a friend' types of things meaning it's not me heh...

Edit: As a note, I have searched up this topic and found one with a solution concerning One Drive. She doesn't use One Drive.

    Even if she doesn't use one drive if she has it.then it could be the issue

    I have also been having this problem. It will hang at verifying until it eventually says problems communicating. Or for me it will instantly say problems communicating it does both.

    Wife has same problem. Multiple computers, two different internet connections. I actually formated and did a fresh windows install, still happening.

    i am having similar issues with the same patch, and i use the CC. But if i close and re-open the client it works. It also tends to do it if you logout and try and log back in again without closing the client completely

    I use the ClassicUO as an app.  No problems there other than it will say the can't connect msg but goes right in when you click again.

    I'd say try logging in with EC to verify the account is active.  Make the ClassicUO web version an app and try it. Works great!

    There is another thread on this issue, so something must have changed with a publish.
