Possible Bug? Help please

From one of our guildmembers:
"I was doing the quest to advance past 90 skill and died to the archreaver... but my bladespirit killed it. so i was teleported out, got credit for the kill but now i cannot get back down there to exit properly to advance the questline. i'm essentially dead in the water."

Anyone has any suggestions?

    you go back to gate by the yacht club in moonglow that  you did in earlier part of quest, go inside and walk to rift and it should reset then go to arcanist guild master like normal
